Advices for the presentations

Oral Communications:

- communications are scheduled over a 25-minute time slot: 20 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes of questions. The delay is strict

- presentation materials will be produced in English as much as possible. The presentation can be made in English (preferred) or French.

- the presentations will be loaded onto the computer before the session. They can be sent by email until May 31st to the conference address, or at the break before the session at the latest.


Posters:

- the posters will be installed on grids. the recommended format is A0 vertical.

- posters will be exhibited throughout the duration of the congress. They must be removed before June 6 at 1 p.m.
